Basic Life Support and Fire Safety

Service Description

The BLS half-day course gives a basic level of knowledge and skill to be able to effectively carry out basic life support. Also includes dealing with anaphylaxis and burns. Fire safety half-day course covers the basics of combustion, fire risk assessment, risk mitigation and fire extinguishers. Course duration: 0.5 day on BLS and 0.5 day on Fire Safety Assessment: No Maximum Capacity: 20 Training target It’s designed for those who would like to know what to do if they came across someone unconscious and not breathing. Delegates must have a basic command of the English language to attend this course. Please Note – A requirement to complete this course is that a candidate can carry out unaided CPR, so a general level of fitness is required and an ability to carry out CPR on the floor.
