Service Description

The Emergency First Aid at Work training course, which conforms to HSE guidance, provides the required set of skills needed by first aiders in lower-risk UK workplaces. This gives your employees the ability, skill and knowledge to deal with first aid emergencies. It meets the standard required to help comply with Health and Safety (first aid) regulations and is accredited by the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB). Course duration: 1 day Assessment: No Max capacity: 15 Training target It’s designed for workplaces where a lower risk of injury exists and the findings of a risk assessment is that emergency first-aiders are required, for example offices, schools and shops. Delegates must be 18+ and have a basic command of the English language to attend this course. We will make every effort to accommodate any special requirements in terms of learning needs and neurodiversity, please get in touch before your course so we can explore how best to support you. Please Note – A requirement to complete this course is that a candidate can carry out unaided CPR, so a general level of fitness is required and an ability to carry out CPR on the floor.
